Production is performed on the most modern machines and equipment.

Some of them are:

• gas distillery with a catalyst for additional purification of distillates in the distillation process
• fruit washing machine
• fruit grinder
• fruit deboning machine
• fermentation vats made of food-grade plastic, with lid and water seal
• bottle filler
• bottle cap machine
• bottle label machine

We use stainless steel and glass barrels for aging rakia, and only wooden oak barrels for maturing.
